Kasandra Monid

Kasandra is the founder of ThinkLife Coaching, a company that provides integrative wellness coaching services.

Growing up in a small town in British Columbia, Kasandra aspired to work in the creative and culinary arts but most importantly, she wanted to make a meaningful contribution to the way we live.

Kasandra headed to the “big city” and attended the University of British Columbia where she majored in art history and visual arts.  Post-graduation, she worked many happy years in the animated film industry as a production manager and artist, including working on several award-winning projects for film and television.  Kasandra’s passion for food ultimately led her to the George Brown Chef School, where she excelled in French classical cooking.  Following a workplace accident and inspired by her interest in whole foods, Kasandra went on to become a certified holistic nutritionist.  She has since enhanced her repertoire with life skills coaching and has trained with internationally-renown creativity coach Dr. Eric Maisel.

A firm believer in the notion that genuine well-being is the equal care of mind, body, and spirit, Kasandra focuses on creating and designing simple ways to foster wellness through coaching, nutrition, mindfulness, cognitive behavioural/solution-focused approaches, and Qi Gong.

Kasandra now lives in the “bigger city” of Toronto, Ontario with her husband.  When she is not coaching, you will find Kasandra hiking, drawing, or playing her ukulele.
